About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator (KPI), and profitability goals. The role focuses on providing exceptional client service, building repeat-client relationships, supporting store events and marketing initiatives, and maintaining an inviting, organized retail environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when appropriate.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, and move continually during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approachable and efficient sales and service on the floor to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and build and retain repeat-client relationships to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of seasonal apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management (CRM) activity to encourage and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for guests.
• Promote teamwork and productivity in the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including the front of house and stock space.
