About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist for its retail operations. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, passionate about people, and motivated to become a product expert who educates, informs, and outfits customers for any occasion. The Retail Stylist is a brand ambassador with a “BYLT for you” mindset. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

Requirements

• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.

• Upsell BYLT products and develop product knowledge.
• Demonstrate customer service and people skills, energy, dependability, and general math skills.
• Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling are required frequently.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a positive customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
