Café Ambassador - Irvine Spectrum

Capital One•Irvine, CA
•$52,624 - $57,408

About The Position

The Café Ambassador is the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, working in a modern community hub rather than behind a traditional teller line. The role bridges digital banking and human connection by engaging with guests, guiding them through Capital One’s digital tools, and helping create a welcoming community experience. This is a banking guide role, not a barista position; the Café Ambassador does not serve coffee and is not driven by traditional sales quotas. The position includes hosting and supporting local events that promote financial health, advocating for customers and resolving issues in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements, and contributing to an inclusive, supportive Café environment. The Ambassador works actively throughout the Café and may support nearby Cafés within a 50-mile radius, with occasional assistance at other locations in the broader region. A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays; work hours and days may change based on business needs. Required training may take place on a schedule different from the primary shift.
