About The Position

TravisMathew is a premium apparel brand inspired by Southern California and focused on lifestyle performance apparel. The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales-focused culture to achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator (KPI), and profitability goals. This is a seasonal, part-time position at the Fashion Valley store. The seasonal employment period runs from November 2, 2026, to January 11, 2027. The posted hourly pay range is $12.00–$18.00.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Adhere to client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Foster a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
