About The Position
Marc Jacobs International seeks Temporary Sales Associates for its Fashion Valley location in San Diego, California, for the 2026 Holiday Season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. To meet business needs, associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. Associates support store sales, client development, merchandising knowledge, store presentation, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and open availability on one day every weekend.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop client relationships beyond the initial transaction.
