About The Position

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic customer connections. The associate guides customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge, while helping maintain an organized, attractive sales floor. Working with the store team, the associate supports personalized customer experiences and an inviting environment.
