About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales culture to help achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicator, and profitability goals. The role focuses on providing approachable, efficient service, building relationships with clients and encouraging repeat business, while maintaining product knowledge and contributing to a welcoming, productive, and well-organized retail store.

This is a seasonal position running from November 2, 2026, to January 11, 2027. The posted hourly pay range is $12.00–$18.00 USD. The role is performed in a retail store environment.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a client-services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate issues when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an approachable and efficient sales and service experience on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat-client relationships to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activities to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including front-of-house and stock areas.
