About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales-focused culture in the retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role involves engaging clients, providing knowledgeable service, encouraging repeat business, and helping maintain an inviting, organized store environment. The position is seasonal at Kierland Commons.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for all in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
