About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort and confidence through beautiful, innovative products. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps reflect the company’s culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service. The associate also contributes to store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining brand standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• For Arizona and the other listed states (GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA), must be at least 16 years old; for all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
