About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and empowering women. The Sales Associate is part of a customer-centered retail environment shaped by a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

The associate helps create a seamless omnichannel customer experience, supports store performance and brand standards, and collaborates with the team on merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. This is a temporary, part-time position at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Requirements

• Passion for the brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team-player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
