About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales-focused culture to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role includes assisting clients, developing repeat business, maintaining product knowledge, participating in store initiatives, and supporting an organized and welcoming retail environment. This is a seasonal role at the Corte Madera location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable and efficient sales and service on the sales floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season’s apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards and company policies and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the front of house and stock space.
