About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values and brand philosophy in its retail locations. The role involves helping customers shop for glasses, sharing product knowledge and style advice, contributing ideas to improve the retail and glasses-shopping experience, and supporting colleagues and customers. Advisors contribute to the company’s success through customer interactions, process improvements, and special projects. The position is based in Corte Madera.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Able to respond quickly to unexpected situations and solve problems proactively and adaptably.
• Positive team player who leads by example.
• Effective communication with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
