About The Position

Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house that values collaboration, curiosity, and excellence. We are seeking a full-time, Mandarin-bilingual Client Advisor for our Acne Studios Greene Street Flagship store in New York. In this role, you will collaborate with your team to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales, and achieve positive business outcomes through exceptional service and attentiveness. Your primary contribution will be to provide excellent customer care within the store and throughout the entire customer journey. We offer training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, aligned with our innovative approach to client experience. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by managing and executing omni-channel services, welcoming and guiding customers through a seamless process, tending to all details, and achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets. You will also be responsible for upholding administrative procedures and managing inventory effectively.

Requirements

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner
  • Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, which is a prerequisite for this position
