About The Position

The Bilingual Client Service Representative serves international (non-U.S. resident) and domestic clients across a full range of service and trading needs. In a collaborative, fast-paced environment, the representative assists clients with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. The role also provides document translation for internal partners and foreign-language client service as needed. Evening and overnight shifts support clients within Stock Plan Services. The position is eligible for a bonus and language incentive opportunities.

Requirements

Be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
Hold Series 7 and 63 licenses, or successfully obtain them within the allotted training time as a condition of employment.
Have well-developed communication skills and establish trust and rapport with clients through verbal and written communication.
Be available to work a structured schedule and adhere to assigned hours, including predetermined lunch and break times.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity and ethics.
Be willing and motivated to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

At least two years of college study in finance, economics, business administration, or a related area; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
At least one year of experience working with clients through phone, chat, or email.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of investment products and the ability to explain complex subjects by phone.
Ability to quickly identify client needs, respond with empathy and compassion, and use sound judgment to take actions that support client objectives via phone, chat, or email.
Flexibility to work on email, chat, or phone as business needs change.
High flexibility in shift times, especially early mornings, as business needs require.
