The Client Advisor is responsible for relationship building, including preparing for customer interactions, building rapport, understanding customer financial goals, matching needs to Seacoast Bank products and services, explaining products, closing sales, asking for referrals, and exhibiting good listening and communication skills. They must also understand customer-facing technology, respond promptly to customer needs, balance business needs with customer requests, embrace new technology, participate in community events, deliver presentations, exhibit strong work ethics and teamwork, pursue NMLS registration, build proficiencies in consumer deposit and lending products, develop an introductory understanding of small business products, demonstrate proficiency in outbound calling, and identify referral opportunities. Operationally, they are responsible for opening and processing accounts, performing account maintenance, processing transactions, ensuring adherence to AML/BSA requirements, audit procedures, dual control, security, and Business Continuity. They must also review and adhere to operational procedures, follow up on audit deficiencies, balance their cash drawer daily, monitor their work for accuracy, follow instructions, resolve customer objections, solve problems, and adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct and safety/security procedures.
