About The Position

AMI Paris is looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our Melrose team. Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will develop sales and build customer loyalty through various missions related to customer relations, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• Positive, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of customer service and commitment to satisfying customers' needs.
• Strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.

Responsibilities

• Spread the AMI Paris universe to customers by offering a unique sales experience.
• Greet customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
• Listen and identify the needs of customers through customer service skills.
• Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Follow-up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc).
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
• Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.
