About The Position
BMW of Ramsey is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join their team. This is a full-time position with Saturday availability required. The role offers a fast-paced, challenging, and lucrative opportunity within one of the largest automotive retailers nationwide. The dealership sells over 300 cars per month, offering a busy sales environment. The position is performance-driven with a competitive pay plan that includes volume and customer satisfaction bonuses.
Requirements
- Volume-driven, self-motivated new and used car sales professionals
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Luxury experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in using CDK and VinSolutions a plus
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories.
- Attend product and manufacturer training courses.
