About The Position

AMI Paris is looking for a Seasonal Client Advisor to join our Yorkdale team. Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will develop sales and build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• Positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of customer service and committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
• Strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.

Responsibilities

• Spread the AMI Paris universe to our customers by offering a unique sales experience.
• Greeting customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
• Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills.
• Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Follow-up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc)
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.
• Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
• Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.
