About The Position

We're Hiring: Client Accounting Specialist Are you an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working directly with clients? Do you thrive in a collaborative, technology-driven environment? We're looking for a Client Accounting Specialist to join our growing CPA firm. In this client-facing role, you'll partner with clients to support their day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with our Accounting Supervisor to deliver exceptional service. Requirements

3+ years of accounting support, bookkeeping, or client accounting experience.
Experience with QuickBooks Online is required; Bill.com experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Bill.com experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Support client accounting functions and day-to-day financial operations.
Process accounts payable and manage bill payments using Bill.com.
Assist with preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Communicate with clients to gather information and answer accounting-related questions.
Support the Accounting Supervisor with client engagements, workflow management, and deadlines.
Help improve processes and assist with special projects as needed.
