About The Position

Bel Air is hiring a positive, accountable Clerk to perform a variety of tasks throughout the store and provide customers with a memorable experience. Clerks support different departments as assigned, work safely in a fast-paced environment, and maintain store safety and sanitation standards. The role calls for a dependable team player who is ready to learn and can work independently while managing time and multiple tasks. This posting remains available year-round to build a talent pool and may not reflect current openings. Internal transfer or promotion candidates must have had no disciplinary action during the past six months, and their current leader must recommend and endorse their application upon HR’s request. Candidates may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age; positions serving alcohol require candidates to be at least 21.
Be friendly and customer-service oriented.
Be self-motivated, with strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
Work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehend and follow verbal and written directions.
Meet the required work schedule and adhere to the company attendance policy.
Be able to perform physical activities that may include prolonged standing, sitting, lifting and stocking up to 50 pounds, pushing, keyboarding, telephone use, walking, and bending.
