This position acts as the primary receptionist/cashier/information services clerk for the Capital Region Housing Corporation and performs a variety of tenant services and clerical tasks. The role involves managing incoming calls, processing payments, providing housing information to the public, assisting applicants, handling mail, developing forms, processing invoices, maintaining petty cash, and supporting various administrative functions. The position also requires occasional support to CRD Reception and performing other related duties as required.
