The Customer Service Clerk is the point of contact for our valuable clients. Ensuring the customer experience is positive, professional and efficient, these members will be the liaison between the customer and fleet. Supporting clients with order review and any ad hoc requests that may arise and using their exceptional communication skills to set expectations, resolve issues, answer inquiries and build client relationships. Managing changing needs, being agile, organized and exercising a high degree of organizational skills will be essential to the success of this position.
