About The Position

The Clerical Associate supports daily operations and communication in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), helping a fast-paced Level III unit run smoothly. The role supports nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, provides customer service to patients, families, and staff, and manages communication systems to ensure information is shared accurately and promptly.

The position is part of a collaborative team in a 24-bed NICU that provides advanced, family-centered care for premature and critically ill newborns. The unit's services include a Developmental Care Program, Neonatal Transport Team, 24/7 Lactation Support, Parent Support Program, NicView® Webcam System, and NICU Developmental Follow-Up Clinic. The workplace emphasizes teamwork, learning, welcoming new staff, and meaningful contributions to patient care.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is required within 6 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Organization and a service-focused approach.
