This position supports the Claims, Licensing, and Instant Accounting units by providing advanced clerical help and customer service. It ensures that retailer requests, ticket issues, and claim processes are handled correctly and on time. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties: Customer Support: Respond to calls and emails to explain processes, answer questions, and solve problems Ticket Processing: Review ticket issues, adjust pack status, and determine next steps for missing or extra tickets Claim Handling: Enter claim information, review reports, correct errors, and prepare letters for players Record Review: Analyze ticket reports, research pack history, and determine retailer liability Licensing Assistance: Scan documents, prepare mailings, and contact retailers to gather missing information Document Management: File correspondence, process forms, and organize information for accurate records.
