This position supports the daily operations of the Clarion County Assistance Office (CAO) by helping manage applications, records, and customer needs. As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform duties such as entering client information, processing applications or caseload reassigns, issuing ACCESS cards, greeting visitors, managing messages, handling incoming calls, sorting and distributing mail and faxes, and scanning and indexing records.
