Responsibilities

  • Daily entry of invoices and credits
  • Working local email requests
  • Routing internal/ external phone calls
  • General office functions to include but not limited filing and maintaining local reports
  • Maintaining local inventory matching (3-way match)
  • Working with receiving team to maintain inventory reports accuracy
