About The Position

Bill Jarrett Ford is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Office Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our dealership. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, processing paperwork, assisting multiple departments and ensuring efficient office workflow. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clerical, administrative or accounting experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • File and organize physical and electronic documents.
  • Data entry of invoices, receipts and dealership transactions.
  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable paperwork.
  • Assist with dealer trades and registration paperwork.
  • Process vehicle sales and title documents.
  • Maintain customer and vehicle records.
  • Support sales, service, parts and body shop with administrative needs.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer requirements.
