About The Position

Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is seeking dependable, reliable, assertive, and customer service-oriented individuals to join their team working Clemson Tigers football games. This role involves serving as VIP suites guest relations staff and/or parking attendants. The primary function is to greet fans, validate entry tickets and parking passes, and assist with directing patrons and/or cars. There is also an opportunity to work other events in Clemson, Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg, and the surrounding Upstate region if desired.

Requirements

• Ability to read a credential board.
• Speak clearly and assertively.
• Sound judgment.
• Follow direct orders.
• Be firm but fair.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Individuals working this role will be given the opportunity to work other events at Clemson University in addition to other events across the region to include Anderson, Seneca, Greenville, Spartanburg and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans as they arrive to Tiger Town or the suites.
• Validate entry tickets and parking passes.
• Assist with directing patrons and/or cars.
• Maintain customer service levels at all times.
• Maintain composure in an exciting atmosphere.
• Speak out and tell someone "No" when necessary.
