Cleaning Technician - Milwaukee 32100 (Milwaukee Operations Non-Medical)
About The Position

The company is family owned and operated and emphasizes Trust, Teamwork, and Results. Cleaning Technicians maintain the cleanliness of assigned buildings by performing a range of cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary based on building size and the number of teammates, and assigned tasks may change during employment. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at $15.00 per hour. Employees are expected to report to work on time each day, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service, and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, and other surfaces; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; perform other floor work such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing when required.
- Clean and disinfect break room and kitchenette surfaces and furnishings, including sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling and transport waste to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Follow required safety policies and procedures, including those for using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers and ensure assigned work is neat, accurate, and thorough.
- Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed.
