About The Position
KleenMark is hiring a Cleaning Technician in Milwaukee. The role maintains the cleanliness of the assigned building through a range of cleaning duties, which may vary based on the building and the number of teammates. Tasks may change during employment. The schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour, and the stated start date is ASAP. The technician cleans and disinfects restrooms and break rooms, replenishes supplies, cleans floors and other surfaces, dusts furniture and equipment, empties and transports waste and recyclables, and performs additional cleaning such as washing windows, walls, and woodwork. Employees are expected to arrive on time, work extra hours when needed, follow safety policies, provide positive customer service, and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of their work. KleenMark provides necessary personal protective equipment and conducts monthly safety training. Employees working in medical facilities must wear a mask and gloves for the entirety of their shift. Requirements
- Ability to perform assigned cleaning duties and determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of the work.

Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect restroom sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish bathroom supplies and polish metal fixtures and fittings.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other floor care, such as scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
- Clean and disinfect break room or kitchenette sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, and refrigerators; replenish supplies.
- Dust furniture, equipment, partitions, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and recycling bins and transport contents to the disposal area.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, including hip or backpack vacuums.
- Wash walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, partitions, and sills.
- Report to work on time and work extra hours when needed.
- Follow required safety policies and procedures, including when using cleaning chemicals and reporting incidents.
- Provide positive customer service to internal and external customers and assess the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
