About The Position

Integrity Commercial Cleaning is looking for a motivated Cleaning Team Lead to oversee our commercial cleaning operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach and support your team while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service every visit. Requirements

Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to motivate, coach, and support a team.
A professional attitude with outstanding customer service skills.
Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
Valid Florida Driver License (Required)
Reliable personal transportation (Required)
Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
Ability to travel between job sites
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of professional cleaners at multiple commercial locations.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, safely, and on schedule.
Train and coach new employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
Perform quality inspections to maintain our high standards of cleanliness.
Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Resolve employee or client concerns professionally and promptly.
Assist with scheduling and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly.
Lead by example by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
