About The Position

CIMA Aviation is seeking a skilled and motivated Cleaning and Final Service Technician to support aviation repair operations. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing components, equipment, and work areas; performing final inspections and services; operating cleaning machinery and tools; reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards; and documenting completed work. The technician follows applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements and collaborates with team members to complete duties on time.

This position requires access to export-controlled information subject to ITAR and EAR. The company will not pursue an export license or license exception, so applicants must be U.S. persons as defined in the posting: U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals.

The work involves a normal office environment with moderate noise, prolonged sitting, and regular walking, bending, standing, and reaching. Occasional travel may be needed. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience, skill level, and/or certifications.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated components, equipment, and work areas according to established standards and protocols.
• Conduct final inspections and services on components to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements before handover or use.
• Operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Identify and promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations during cleaning and servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning and final service duties on time.
