About The Position

The Final Finisher is part of the Final Finish department team and prepares housing materials for scheduled shipment by pulling, loading, and staging them. The position requires the ability to lift, push, and pull more than 50 pounds continuously. The employee is expected to complete up to 4–6 floors per day and may be assigned other duties through the task stacker to support internal and external departments. Attention to detail is important to help ensure each house is finished beautifully for customers. Basic blueprint knowledge is desired, and recent construction experience is preferred. This is a level BRAVO role paying $25.00 per hour. External candidates start at $23.00 per hour and may progress to BRAVO-level pay over their first 30 days if successful during the introductory period.
