About The Position

The Final Finisher is part of the Final Finish department team and helps prepare housing materials for scheduled shipment. The role involves pulling, loading, and staging materials, completing up to 4–6 floors per day, and taking on other duties assigned through the task stacker to support internal and external departments. Attention to detail is important to help make homes beautiful for customers. The position requires continuously lifting, pushing, and pulling more than 50 pounds. Basic blueprint knowledge is desired, and prior construction experience in a recent role is preferred. The position is a level BRAVO role paying $25.00 per hour. External candidates start at $23.00 per hour and may progress to BRAVO-level pay over their first 30 days if successful during the introductory period.
