About The Position

The Final Finish Quality Control Checker quality-checks and prepares houses for shipment. The work includes finishing touch-ups and ensuring each house is clean and ready to be closed for transit. This is a full-time position with company benefits.

Responsibilities

• Quality-check and prepare houses for shipment.
• Caulk the ¼ round on tubs and showers and trim the chimney box.
• Touch up stain and paint.
• Plug sinks.
• Install the fireplace screen.
• Touch up doors, grout, and interior paint.
• Close and lock all windows.
• Install the drawer label in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink.
• Clean the house and ensure all tools and trash are removed before closing it for transit.
