About The Position

Elation Property Management is hiring a full-time Cleaner for Forté Living in Brookings, South Dakota. The Cleaner performs routine cleaning of common areas, grounds, and vacated apartments, working independently to meet established cleaning and building-upkeep expectations and maintain the community in good condition. The role works with the property manager to establish a cleaning schedule and may support vacant-unit turnovers during occasional nights or weekends. The position is scheduled for five days per week, Monday through Friday, with the schedule set by the property manager. Turnovers may require overtime or additional hours, generally near the end of the month. This is an on-site residential position, with 40 hours per week and biweekly pay.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the property in the Brookings, South Dakota area.
• Able to work independently to meet cleaning and building-upkeep expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the property manager to establish a routine cleaning schedule.
• Perform scheduled routine cleaning of common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensure cleaning vendors are in place when needed and perform according to expectations.
• Be available for occasional night or weekend vacant-unit turnovers.
