About The Position

Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring a full-time cleaner to work in a food production setting. The position pays $15 per hour and offers a $250 sign-on bonus after four months of employment. The scheduled shift is 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants with known food allergies should not apply.

Requirements

• Have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash containers.
• Clean bathrooms.
• Vacuum all carpeted floors.
• Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors.
• Dust all horizontal surfaces, high and low.
• Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas.
• Notify the supervisor of any problems.
• Perform other janitorial duties as required.
