About The Position

The Cleaner helps provide a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for club members. The position is full-time and based at the Cherry Hill, New Jersey location. It is an overnight third shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; training must be completed from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months after the first year, based on the employee’s anniversary date.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling; continual standing and walking; frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching; and continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.
Must be able to encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

Prior custodial experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete the daily cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are finished.
Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and the gym floor.
Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and locker areas.
Dispose of trash properly.
Stock supplies throughout the club and in locker rooms.
Report broken or missing amenities or equipment, such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment, to the Club Manager.
