About The Position

The Cleaner helps create a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for club members. The role involves completing a daily cleaning checklist and maintaining fitness areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities. The position is full-time, located at the Morrisville club in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, with shifts listed as “Any.” Pay starts at $12 per hour, with increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Shift-differential pay is available for select shifts.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Continual standing and walking during the shift.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during the shift.
• Continual reaching with hands, fingers, and arms during the shift.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the daily cleaning checklist thoroughly to ensure all tasks are finished.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment and the gym floor.
• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, restrooms, shower facilities, and locker areas.
• Dispose of trash properly.
• Stock supplies throughout the club and in locker rooms.
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment, such as toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, and gym equipment, to the Club Manager.
