2nd Shift Cleaner
About The Position
Allegiance Industries is hiring a second-shift cleaner for a pharmaceutical plant in Grand Island, New York. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Pay is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. A $300 signing bonus is available, paid in installments of $100 after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. The site is not on a bus line, so reliable transportation is required. The cleaner performs general facility cleaning and may handle floor-care tasks. The role requires physical stamina and dexterity, attention to possible safety hazards, reliability, and the ability to follow schedules, commitments, and supervisor directions. Requirements
- Physical stamina and dexterity.

Responsibilities
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and clean other surfaces.
- Gather and empty trash.
- Supply, clean, and service restrooms.
- Mix cleaning agents according to specifications.
- Move heavy equipment, objects, or furniture.
- Identify and report possible repairs.
- Perform applicable floor work, such as steam-cleaning carpets, applying wax, and buffing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
