About The Position

Interstate, a family-owned national janitorial and maintenance company, is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable cleaner to work at a client site. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can work independently, and is also a team player. The role involves cleaning and maintaining assigned areas, including bathrooms and breakrooms. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at $15.00 per hour. Duties may be modified or amended and may include other related tasks.

Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Follow basic safety procedures and precautions.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be willing to submit to a background check.
• Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, sanitize, and disinfect bathrooms, breakrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Dust and wet mop floors.
• Remove trash and replace trash can linings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
