Class-ic Instructor
About The Position
The Class-ic Instructor teaches safe and effective exercise classes for clients of all levels while maintaining required certifications and following club procedures and standards. The role calls for strong customer service, verbal communication, and a professional disposition. The instructor supports member requests directly or forwards them to a manager, follows the Employee Handbook and facility policies, and represents the Crunch brand in line with its mission statement. The position includes monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings. Compensation is $23.00–$35.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Maintain valid CPR certification.
- Hold a nationally accredited aerobic certification; AFAA, ACE, or NASM is preferred. A valid Yoga or Pilates certification is also acceptable.
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication.

Responsibilities
