Class-ic Instructor
About The Position
The Class-ic Instructor leads safe and effective exercise classes for clients of all levels. The instructor maintains mandatory education certifications, follows sign-in and sign-out procedures, and adheres to the club’s policies, procedures, standards, and Employee Handbook. The role includes demonstrating knowledge of the Crunch brand and behavior aligned with its mission, responding to member requests or referring them to a manager, and maintaining a professional disposition. The position may also involve monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings. The job description may be changed or altered at any time.
Requirements
- Maintain valid CPR certification.
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication.
Nice To Haves
- Nationally accredited aerobic certification from AFAA, ACE, or NASM.
- A valid Yoga or Pilates certification is also acceptable.
Responsibilities
