Class-ic Instructor
About The Position
The Class-ic Instructor teaches safe and effective exercise classes for clients of all levels. The instructor must maintain required education and certifications, follow club and employee policies and procedures, and demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and behavior consistent with its mission. The role also includes supporting members by addressing requests or forwarding them to a manager, maintaining a professional disposition, and following instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures. Duties may be changed or altered at any time. The position includes monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
Requirements
- Maintain valid CPR certification.
- Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good verbal communication.
Nice To Haves
- Nationally accredited aerobic certification from AFAA, ACE, or NASM.
- A valid Yoga or Pilates certification is also acceptable.
Responsibilities
