About The Position

Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a high-energy, positive, and passionate Class-ic Instructor to teach exercise classes and contribute to an inclusive, supportive club environment. The role focuses on delivering safe and effective classes, supporting members, and following club and company policies. The instructor will receive coaching, support, and opportunities to grow. Compensation is $23.00–$35.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Maintain valid CPR certification.
• Hold a nationally accredited aerobic certification; AFAA, ACE, or NASM is preferred. A valid Yoga or Pilates certification is also acceptable.
• Experience teaching exercise classes to clients of all levels.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• AFAA, ACE, or NASM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
