About The Position

Fitness Growth Capital (FGC) is seeking a high-energy, positive, and passionate Class-ic Instructor to teach exercise classes and contribute to an inclusive, supportive, and fun fitness environment. The role involves delivering safe and effective classes, supporting members, and following club and company policies. The instructor will receive coaching and support, with opportunities to grow within the organization. The position pays $23.00–$35.00 per hour. Monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings are held.

Requirements

Maintain a valid CPR certification.
Hold a nationally accredited aerobic certification; AFAA, ACE, or NASM certifications are preferred. A valid Yoga or Pilates certification is also acceptable.
Have experience teaching exercise classes to clients of all levels.
Have strong customer service skills.
Have good verbal communication skills.

AFAA, ACE, or NASM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
Follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures.
Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with the Crunch mission statement.
Facilitate member requests or forward them to a manager.
Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
Follow all club and facility policies and procedures.
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
