About The Position

This position is for Class A CDL holders, offering a paid training program for drivers in Alamogordo. The account operates similarly to Over-The-Road (OTR) but stays within 27 states, east of Denver, excluding the Northeast. The pay scale increases with tenure. Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,200 to $1,800 weekly, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first 3 months after solo dispatch. A performance bonus program and $15 stop pay are also offered. For those new to trucking, a paid one-on-one OTR training with an experienced mentor is provided, with an immediate upgrade to the full solo mileage rate upon completion. Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school is required to start. The routes cover 1,800 to 2,200 miles weekly across 27 states, east of Denver, excluding New England. Freight types include live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook. Drivers are home every two weeks, with options for alternate schedules. Dispatch is available day and night. Weekend work is expected, and holidays are open for discussion.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Current DOT medical card
• Minimum of 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
• 21 years or older
• Clean MVR and background check
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience

Responsibilities
