About The Position

Florence drivers, this seat comes with something most trucking jobs won't put in writing, a real guarantee. New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months verifiable solo experience. Teams and owner operators welcome. Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older. Clean MVR and background check. Must pass hair and urine drug testing. Guaranteed weekly pay during your training period. One-on-one mentor training on the road. Straight into solo mileage pay once training ends. 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school to start. Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 on the OTR pay package. $1,000 guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months as a solo driver. Performance bonus program. $75 plus mileage for short haul loads, $15 stop pay. Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight. Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook. Consistent weekly mileage. Home every two weeks. Day and night dispatch. Weekends included, holidays are volunteer only, never mandatory.
