About The Position

We are hiring CDL-A drivers in the Inverness Highlands North, FL area for OTR routes running 2024 and newer equipment, 100% no-touch dry van freight, and a home-time schedule you can plan your life around. New CDL-A holders and experienced drivers are both welcome. We offer a unique program where you are assigned the same truck every week, which is not a perk but the standard here. Too many OTR jobs put you in a different truck every trip and call it flexibility. We do it differently: one truck, assigned to you, for as long as you're driving for us.

Requirements

• 21 years or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Solid driving record and work history
• Pass DOT drug test and background check
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, plus completion of the company training program

Nice To Haves

• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months verifiable solo driving time; mentor/trainer time doesn't count

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle on OTR routes.
• Transport 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Adhere to a scheduled home-time plan.
• Maintain a solid driving record and work history.
• Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
