About The Position

Crestview drivers are approximately two hours from the Mobile terminal and are within the East Coast fleet's hiring area. New CDL holders are welcome, and military experience is considered with a DD214. Drivers receive $650 per week during 4 to 6 weeks of training, a $1,000 weekly guarantee during the first 3 months driving solo, and starting pay of $0.55 per mile, plus an additional cent per year of experience. Average weekly pay is $1,200 to $1,800, with $15 stop pay. Routes run up and down the eastern seaboard, with loads that do not go far west. Drivers cover 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week and are home every two weeks.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school.
• No prior driving experience is needed for new CDL holders.
• Experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience in the past 12 months or 12 months of experience in the past 5 years.
• Have no more than 2 moving violations in 2 years and no serious violations in 12 months.
• Have no major preventable accidents in 5 years.
• Have no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug tests.
• Provide 3 years of verifiable work history.
